Kratos is the God of War, which means he has controlled all conflicts (including the one that Master Chief's involved in) since the death of Ares.

So I'd say Kratos wins by default.

But this could be due to the opponents weakness rather than the characters strength. I can kill an ant in one flick, but does that make me strong?whoisryanmack
