Who else is changing their gaming systems next gen verses this one?

THis gen I had a DS, PSP, PS3, Wii, 360, and PC. Next gen I'm still going to have the PC and I'm going to go the handhled route with the 3DS and Vita. I will probably cave and get a PS4 two or three years after its release. Is anyone else dropping systems from their line up this next gen?

I'll get a WiiU at some point. As for the rest, we'll see where I'm standing in terms of money and living condition in 3 years. Still have a few more years of Uni before I can spend money for no reason.

I currently own a 3DS and will own a Wii U in the next several months. That of course depends on the Wii U's price.

Last gen I had an original Xbox, this gen I have a PS3, next gen I will probabaly get a 720, unless microsoft charges for online again, then I will get a PS4.

No interest in the XBOX now and not planning on buying whatever MS puts forwards next gen.

I'll primarily be a PC gamer next gen, but I'll eventually buy all the consoles/handhelds.

I know that more than likely, I'll be more pc centric. Other than that, "dropping" anything isn't certain.

Staying the same with PC and Nintendo console, best combo.

This gen I've had 360 (sold), PS3, DS and PC.

I'll definitely be getting the Wii U, it's just a matter of when and I've already purchased the 3DS. No real interest in the Vita right now and no details have released on the next Xbox and Playstation successors so I guess N/A on those two.

Nothing is really known about next gen yet, so there is no way I can make an informed decision now. It all depends on the games that are available, the system features, and the price. The only thing I know right now is that I will be moving back towards PC gaming unless something good happens with the consoles. Right now the best games are multi-platform, and almost all of those are available on the PC, and they are usually cheaper.

assuming I don't quit gaming, i'll go with sony again since they dissapoint less than the others

Next gen I'm keeping PC, choosing just one console, and ditching handhelds completely.

I'll continue to primarily be a PC gamer and will buy a PS4 a year or so after release so it has time to build up an exclusive library.

I just get whatever I feel has the best games and services.

That most likely won't be the 720.

I am already 95% PC but I plan on sticking with Sony of course but I'm waiting a few years after release for a PS4. Perfectly content with PS2/3

and lolsoft doesn't get any money from me. Except for buying a copy of Windows.

The same for me. PC then WiiU. Those two are definites.

Optional: Depending how the games are, I might add a new MS console first before a PS4 because I'll be playing the PS3 backlog first.

Edit: If Sony follows the same trend with its exclusives this gen, I can delay the PS4 purchase.

Well, Wii U does interest me to an extent, but not enough to warrant a launch purchase. I'll likely get it when it drops in price and have a big backlog of Nintendo games to play.

and third party is a plus so really id be getting a wii u day one and the rest will have to depend soley on price!

If it doesnt cost an arm and a leg ill consider a PS4 to change things up, or i might just upgrade my PC with the money, idk. Depends really.

This guy speaks the truth. I'm continuing my tradition of owning a Nintendo handheld and two consoles from Nintendo and Sony. Staying away from Microsoft as usual :)

I'm currently a PS3/360 gamer this gen. So it depends on what both their new systems are offering. I'll stick to my current systems for the entire remainder of this generation until support completely runs dry.

I have absolute Zer0 interest in ANY Nintendo consoles.

Nope not me, been a PS3 gamer this gen, and have no regrets whatsoever, so I'll continue with the PS platform.

More like adding a new system to my fold......WiiU. First time since N64 I'm actually excited for a Nintendo system. Won't be buying one at launch though as I always do with systems. I'll wait to see what games are on both platforms, first.

It's looking more like PS4 + WiiU next gen for me.
