Buy a couple of games, then spend the rest on something better like clothing, shoes, etc. Your purchasing too many games :P

To have to save money for Steam's sales is like watching random TV shows to get ready to watch the Super Bowl. Completely uneccessary. 8)

I'm only planning on purchasing 1 or 2 games from the Steam Christmas Sale I only purchased 2 games from the Summer Sale.

ill just use whatever christmas money I get for the sales.

Well in a way yeah I'm saving money for steam since I am only intersested in buying DKCR's and Kirby's Epic Yarn this fall/winter.

There might be a full list out there, but some games were as low as 80% off. Even the newer and bigger games were anywhere from 30-50%.

One of the biggest steals imo was Torchlight for $5.

My laptop can't run new games but I'll probably buy some 5 or 10 dollar games that came out years ago.

No need to save. Just reduce the amount I'd spend on other things that month and use it for Steam instead. I bought 50 games during the summer sale. There's still plenty to be had. It just depends on how good of a sale it is and how much I want the game(s), but since I don't know what those games or the prices are yet, it's hard to say.

My cousin is gettign his first gaming PC, I alreayd got him af ew games for it.. but when the XMAS sale comes im gonan buy him liek 15 games, probably for like 30$ lol

Games I still want to buy on Steam: - Worms Reloaded - Counter-Strike Source. Games I might buy on Steam: - Dead Rising 2 (but I'm more interested in buying it for the 360) - Civilization 5 (I have the demo since it launched but still haven't found the time to play it. Love Civ Rev though) So yeah, I'm definitely looking forward to the Holiday sales but I'm not saving up or anything. Yet.der_spudmeister

Buy Civ5, it destroys Civ Rev in every way.

and this is why steam can stay free, people will mass buy games on sale, and probably not play them, or play like a hour of 2 of it, like my friend who keeps buying games at every sale, i've wasted to much money on games during sales
