Although no one wants to admit this and point fingers.. The 360 is to blame for the delay.

Why ask? Everybody already knows it is microsofts fault. Rockstar already stated they are having problems getting everything on the DVD disk and ms said it can't be on two disk. Didn't we just hear this week that the PS3 version was way behind the 360's? Also, the only footage we have seen so far is from the 360 version. I'm not trying to be a fanboy, but it doesn't seem to me like it's quite so cut and dry.

Once again, the cows miss the entire quote-- they were having issues with BOTH systems on different things. BOTH HAD THEIR CHALLENGES. I'm not going to dig up the entire quote, but it's there. If you are only quoting half of what someone says you are blatantly purporting misinformation (or lies, to put it bluntly)
A little biased, but it's possible. And let's use some logic here: if the 360 is the problem, why are BOTH GAMES BEING DELAYED? Please, use your brain.

maybe you forgot the PS3 is a nightmare to develop for and thats why it gets many of its multiplats later than 360

Microsoft and the 360 is clerly the ones to blame, they also said they're working on a new compression tech for the DVD9 format, yet wont be useable until next year? its by far the 360's fault for this delay
I have a ps3 and 360 and both console has their upsides and downsides, but we saw from many reviews before, we knew the 360s DVD format was going to cause problems for publishers. The 360 still has time to have some great games released, yet it looks like its going to the max already... sad, i may sell my 360 soon

Last time I checked, Sony, MS or Nintendo WERE NOT making GTA4. You can only blame Rockstar for delaying it. If all else fails, blame Canada, we can handle it :P

Has it ever occurred to you that maybe it is Rockstar's fault??? I find it funny how they can be working on a whole new PS3 IP when GTAIV is in the state that its in that it needs to be delayed 4-6 months. To me, that is a sign of bad management.

Lol, what a laugh, it claims the PS3 is the lead platform also. The 360 has a playable demo out, theres not even so much as a screenshot for the PS3 version. I can't believe you thought that guys blog was a reliable source.

if its the 360's fault then why have all the screenshots and demoes been on the 360 version?
The special edition duffel bags were poorly made so they had to redo them and the lock on the safe was causing friction with the safe thus making them unsafe for retail.....there, I told you.
