Who has a better game overall Library coming out in 2010? Microsoft of Sony?

Sony, don't care about Fable 3 or Crackdown 2, and Mass Effect 2, while great, strayed to far away from the RPG elements that I loved in the first one. Last Guardian, Heavy Rain, and God of War 3 are must buys for me, and why is MAG not on this list?. However, both consoles are looking to have really good years.

Too soon to tell. We don't have any clue what Sony's lineup looks like for the 2nd half of the year. There's a lot of questions to answer in regard to Sony's lineup. Will Resistance 3 come out this year? Will Killzone 2? Will Agent make it for this year? What is Jaffe working on? Will Starhawk/ Warhawk follow come this year? Will Last Guardian make it for 2010? Will there be a new Motorstorm game for ps3? Will Modnation Racers be as good as LBP? Will GT5 be able to stand up to Forza? What games does Sony have planned for the wand? Will Insomniac's new ip from their NC studio come out this year? Will FFVS13 come out this year?

2010 is quite strange for this generation because usually it is Sony who has their lineup set for the rest of the year pretty early with MS with a lot to announce but it seems the opposite way this year. Sony doesn't have much announced for the tail end of the year. The biggest question I have for Sony is what is going to be the big title for the holiday season?

I would say they're about equal to be honest.

On PS3 I want: Heavy Rain, GT5, Yakuza 3 and 3D Dot Game Heroes

On 360 I want: Crackdown 2, Halo Reach, Splinter Cell Conviction and Alan Wake.

Although I will probably end up getting SCC on PC, I guess it still counts for the 360s lineup.

I think there's a difference between the overall library being hyped and the overall library actually turning out good. So far MS is leading the AAA quality of games here on GS. So I'm just guessing the people who are voting are just voting because they are hyped about the game library listed, and being hyped about the library doesn't mean the library is good because they're not out yet. So the question who as a better game overall library coming in 2010, can't really be answered right now, because noone knows if these games will be good or not.

Although I'm a cow but I honestly prefer 360, especially Splinter Cell Conviction.

360's does more for me. I'm really only jealous of The Last Guardian for PS3, and I'm not very confident it will release this year :?

Overall, I vote MS, but Sony with the #1 game in The Last Guardian. #2 is prob Halo:Reach and, IMO, Mass Effect 2 over GOW3 for the 3rd spot. If FFXIII weren't going multiplat, then I would have voted Sony.

Microsoft, only because of Mass Effect. IMHO of course.

Very good year for gaming I think.MS and Sony should pat each other on the shoulder.

I think the PS3 will have a broader line-up and the exclusives propel it. But still, both systems will see a plethora of awesome games release. Some of the best this year will be multiplat like Mafia 2 and Mass Effect 2.

Sony by far, but i have to give credit to microsoft after 4 years they finally have a game that i'm interested by that's not on the ps3 and it's splinter cell. I'm not a huge splinter cell but that one look awesome

Hmm, they both have good lineups, I would pick SONY if ME2 wasn't there, so I will go with MS, ME2 is THAT good.

For me personally, MS by a long shot. I have to have Reach, Crackdown 2, Metro 2033, ME2, and all of my multiplats are bought on the 360. If the PS3 get a new twisted metal game then I will be slighty excited for my PS3 but, so far, the PS3 only has 2 games that I am interested in and neither one of them are GOW III...

I'm all for the 360 for this one.

I like the 360 lineup better this year, but as an owner of both I won't miss any of the games I want to play. I won't go as far as to claim anything as GOTY contender though, that just seems silly. Except for ME2 because that is already released.

I´ll pick microsoft. It's just more appealing to me.

I dont know, some games could turn out to be "meh" sony still seems to have the most exclusives on there list from what i can see but we dont know how good they will be.
