Who has the best collection of one series of games?

for me its either halo, mgs, and my FF collection is solid too

HALO: Halo combat evolved original release day purchase, Halo 2 limited edition, Halo 3 legendary edition

MGS: MGS essential collection, MGS2, MGS2 substance (xbox), MGS3 subsistence, MGSPO, MGS4 limited edition, MGS twin snakes (Game cube), and im buying MGSPO plus this weekend.

FF: FF origins, chronicals, FF mystic quest, II, VII, VIII, IX, X, XII, X-2, Dirge of cerbereus, tactics, tactic war of the lions (psp), anthologies

I figured I'd post this here as wellI don't want to spam it or anything, but it is something I am proud of. I put a good amount of time and money into it. I also have a cool MGS poster, I will post if anyone is interested.white_sox

post it, did you get the cool art book that came with 4? and did you get either of the DVD's included with pre orrdering one of the games I only have MGS saga vol 2 and it makes me angry

all i have is the MGS essential collection and MGS 4.

I have Halo 3. and downloaded Halo COmbat Evolved. Waiting to download Halo 2.

So not much of a collector in terms of franchises.

Mine is kind of simple. The 4 MGS games. 3 of them in 1 box.jg4xchamp

but atleast you have all the games from the MGS series and halo series and im not sure but I think Metal Gear 1 and 2 may be included on the MGS3 susistence disc included with essential collection I havent checked, oh but you need to get MGSPO

Unfortunately, it's not mint, as you can see I did hang it up, but besides that no tears or anything. I really like the artwork on it. Oh and don't mind the cobwebs or part of Homer Simpsons's hand :P.

Oh, and to answer your question, I didn't preorder as I didn't have a ps3 at the time and bought the bundle at launch. I think you can buy it on eBay though.

This is why i wish Sony and Nintendo would copy the SNES and Gameboy thing. when you could play gameboy games on your console, through that little holder thing.

I would love to play Crisis Core, Portable Ops, and Patapon on MY PS3

and TWEWY, Phantom Hourglass, Professor Layton on MY wii.

Thats what they should do IMO. Cause i don't want to buy a PSP or DS to be honest. 4 systems is hard enough to keep buying games for.jg4xchamp

I usually sell my games, but the only ones I have ever kept from a previous gen are Sons of Liberty and Snake Eater... Sox that collection is a thing of beautyf50p90

As you can probably tell by my sig and avatar, I love Zelda. I have every Zelda, except Adventure of Link... But then Adventure of Link barely even counts, Zelda+sidescrolling=just not natural. (unlike Oak Express lol) I might get a pic up sometime.

I have original Zelda on GBA, A Link to the Past/ Four Swords on GBA, Link's Awakening DX on GBC, Ocarina of Time on GC, Majora's Mask on N64, Oracle of Seasons and Ages on GBC, Wind Waker on GC, Four Swords Adventures on GC, Minish Cap on GBA, Twilight Princess on Wii and Phantom Hourglass on DS. :)

if you really want the le of mgs4 and you cant find it ebay has a ton, you could probably even get one signed by kojima if your willing to lay down the money for it, mgs3 le is a whole other story theyll pop up on ebay again i can pretty much garauntee, itll just be a matter of getting in the auction fast enough

I have all the Zelda games! Well, except like Master Quest and Collectors Editions (and the CD-i ones :P)

I have both 1 and 2 for the Gameboy Advance since I don't have a NES.

I have A Link to the Past for Gameboy Advance... I also am looking to pick it up on SNES.

I have Links Awakening DX for Gameboy Colour, Ocarina and Majora's Mask for N64.

I have both Oracles on this random like 30 in 1 Gameboy colour game cartridge... Its a shame, Id rather have the proper cartridges, but hey I got it for $5.

And I have Windwaker for GC, Four Swords Adventures for GC, Minish Cap for GBA, Twilight Princess for Wii, and Phantom hourglass for DS.

Yeah, I like Zelda :)

Oh and I have all the Metroid games too!

I have nearly every Zelda game. I am only missing Minish Cap and Wind Waker. The only game I never owned the original copy was of the original. Also I have 3 t shirts to boot :D.freek666

You should pick up Wind Waker at a Gamestop. It's fantastic, severely underrated game. Even Gamespot gave it Game of the Year :)

At the top of my head, I have every Dark Forces game and most of all the Sonic console games stretching from Genesis to GCN.

Now that I've looked at my collection list I have 15 Sonic games, 15 Star Wars games, and 14 pokemon games. I have other series too, but those three are my largest ones.

I have all the DMC Games, Halo 1/2 and 3 is back in TN I'll be grabbing that tomorrow. I have FF I,II,III(and ds remake), IV, V, VII,VIII,IX,X,XI(even though I don't really like MMO's I wanted to make a redmage/dragoon!)XII. MGS/2substance/3snake eater(dude I actually killed that Sniping ho! and what was up with the river of death??? MGS games have weird stuffz in them)

Oh, and I have Megaman1-7 Megaman N Bass, MMX-X8 and Megaman ZX/ZX Advent.

My The Sims collection is quite epic. Here's what I've got from that series:

1. The Sims
-A The Sims: Livin' Large
-B The Sims: House Party
-C The Sims: Hot Date
-D The Sims: Vacation
-E The Sims: Unleashed
-F The Sims: Super Star
-G The Sims: Makin' Magic

2. The Sims 2 Deluxe (Contains The Sims 2 and The Sims 2: Nightlife)
