Well MadWorld is easily the goriest out of all of those. Heck, God of War fans are always pasting the decapitation gif but that's just a normal occurrence in MadWorld. But as far as EFFECTS go, it would have to be the Vietnam mod for Crysis. That one had people literally spilling out their guts and them frantically trying to put them back in.tagyhag

Manhunt is the obvious answer. It shoots right past gleeful brutality(God of War, Madworld, Mortal Kombat) and into just straight f*cked up sh*t.
