Who is your favorite enemy/ villain from this gen?

Pretty simple question. I'll start.

Favorite villain: Xenoblade's. (I won't say names or anything to stop spoilers.) People who have played through it know who I'm talking about. The villain is just sadistic, selfish, and a huge egomaniac. Goes beyond the typical JRPG villain and has a pretty odd origin story as well.

Favorite enemy: Raw Shocks. (From Silent Hill Shattered Memories.) Not because they are fun to fight, or because they're tough or whatever, but because of what they represent in the context of the story.

Probably all the assassin bosses of No More Heroes. And only a few from the sequel.:P

I almost forgot about them. That game had such a whacky cast of characters, not just the bosses...

I have no idea honestly, most of my favorite games don't really have "villains" per se.

I guess if bosses were to count I would say Sif from Dark Souls.

Indeed, the training was great. I love the offbeat attitude of those games. Everything is just weird and goofy.

Phoenix Wright has the best villains by far. It's not even a constant. The villains in Phoenix Wright are so unhinged yet so fun. I especially like the ones with hidden craziness, like this guy:

I roll my eyes everytime I run into Alexander early in a game of Civ 5. Because, I know that if I don't wipe him from the game, for the next 1000 years it's going to be constant war with him and whoever he drags into it.

Dahlia was my favorite villain from that series. I'm dying to have another Phoenix Wright game released here soon. The wait for the 3DS Phoenix Wright is unbearable. I also wish they'd released Miles Edgeworth 2 over here.
