Who makes the most interesting/unique fighting game characters?

This isn't about who has the strongest characters this is about who do you think has the most interesting characters. For instance someone could think that Samus is one of gamings more strong characters but might not nessecarily like her. So cast your vote on who you think creates the most interesting and unique set of fighting characters.

Note: Marvel are not Capcom Characters they are Marvel Characters.

I've always liked Capcom games better then SNK's but SNK's characters are not only better then Capcom's but I think are the best in the fighting genre as a whole. Well besides Dudley that is :P

Capcom EASILY. Im mean common, look at all these memorable and unique characters: Blanka, Chun Li, Dhalsim, Vega, Oro, Gen, AKUMA.

SNK is the worst IMO. Their characters in the KOF series all look a like and have almost the same goddamn moves. There are only a couple of characters that stand out(Kula Diamond for example). SNK fighters just dont appeal to me AT ALL......
