I did. I played sonic about 7 years ago. i played it recentley and I couldn't believe it. What a piece of awsomeness. I forgot that the memory card was also a tomogachi. Oh, and the controller is comfortable. WATCH THE WHITE RAPPER SHOW

Yes and I thought it was a great console. It had lots of games that were really good, even if they lacked mainstream appeal. Shenmue was one of my favorite games that entire generation and it still holds up well to games being released today.

Dreamcast retired while it was still #1 in terms of it's game library. Ownage denied :)

Dreamcast had one clear advantage over the Playstation 2...4 controller ports...Yeah, but the Dreamcast had a number of hardware issues that worked against it. Don't think this is bashing because I love some of the games on it, but there are all kinds of hardware issues. 1) The disc-drive, it takes some serious getting used to, its overblown how much of an issue it is, but its mentioned most so I listed it first. 2) The VMU is nice, but the amount of memory on it is a real drag, you can save about as many games as you could on the PS1. 3) The controller has some nice aspects to it, but the inaccessibility of the second VMU's screen, the poor single analog stick, the four buttons are limiting against the six-button Saturn controller and Genesis controllers and the controller makes your hands go numb quickly if you hold it like it is supposed to be. 4) Storage medium, it wasn't a standard by any means and decidedly limited storage-wise..consider that Skies of Arcadia had no pre-rendered videos (as far as I know) and still required two discs.
Good thing Playstation 3 supports 7!

Gundam Side story remains one of my favorite games ever. I can't belive no one has been able to make a higher quality giant mech (Gundam anyway) since.
Props to Steel battalion though.

Hmph. First I've heard of that, seems interesting (from what I could find anyway, scant bit at that).
I really liked the in the cockpit-motion-with-moving kinda thing. And you wern't amazing, it was easy to die, and sometimes you had to rely on your teammates or fight from further away. It could have been better, but all the core elements and executions were very good.
But that goes along with my liking of 08th MS team more than some of the other series.
