Activision is the worst. They totally abandoned Prototype - never even made a single patch for it, and they deleted all of the user threads that were posted asking for help with problems running the game in XP.
Both do, they both ruin game IP's for the sake of short term mega profit. To be honest, all large companies eventually do once they get big enough. Gaming's better off with smaller companies so games don't need to go overboard appealing to everyone and their nan.
EA pisses me off way more. with all their online pass bull and day 1 dlc . atleast activision doesent do that stuff cause they know its bull .

At least you can pay for them less than 15 bucks not like how Activision had done it, although the 15 bucks I spent in Black Ops is way more deserving than the 15 bucks I spent in MW2. But the dollars I spent for EA is all worth it.

I have a ton of EA games this gen, and I've barely even *played* any Activision games outside of Call of Duty. I can only think of "Blur" as a non-COD game i've played by ATVI. The only Activision game I'm even watching for a price drop on, is Apache Air Assault. Other than that I have literally no interest whatsoever from them as a company. So with that in mind, Activision can just go away as far as I'm concerned.
I don't think I've ever been pissed off at a videogame company in my life.

I'm not *pissed" at them. I just look at them and see that they literally killed off all of their games but Call of Duty, and of course they have Blizzard which is practically a separate entity. Other than that what does the Activision side of the business even *DO* anymore? An occasional Bond game? A cheap movie tie-in here and there? That seems to be about it.
I'm really not a fan of either company's tactics. While I don't hate either company, I've long ago realized that they pretty much are all populated by the same single minded leadership. Profit, profit, profit. I buy what I think is good and leave the other stuff alone.

I did - sound too low, always have to allow the game to control its settings, incompatibility with some HID devices. You just had a PC that didn't match the ones having the problems.
Despite the Fact that EA dodged PC on releasing HOT PURSUIT DLCs, and made me totally excluded from driving one of my favorite cars of all time like the Diablo SV, Porsche 959 and the countach, i don't have much reason to hate them. BC2 had a great support (at least for me) and they're releasing PC DLCS for SHIFT 2. However, i still have hopes for a HOT PURSUIT DLC PACK for PC with all the mods released for consoles so far... Activision is the worst, they're the definition of evil in videogaming. After MW2 and the pc **** that ocorred (i'm not going into the IW poor' design decisions and TERRIBLE multiplayer balancing)

so the 15 dollar map packs already included on the disc of your activision games isnt bull? what about the fact that one of activision's series is using technology from 13 years ago, and the other series were ran into the ground by the greediness of kotick? im not saying EA isnt a clean company, just not nearly as bad as activision.
I like EA more. There should really be a stat site that has polls and various stuff that show us the approximates of dislikes and likes in certain time frames. Because right now it seems like the tides of preferences. In and out, in and out.

Both, ever since people bought MW2 for PC at $60, EA has started following that trend. Thank you PC gamers who Bought Crysis 2, MW2, Bulletstorm at $60, you just ruined one of the good parts of PC gaming.
Where's Square Enix? I love them and despise them at the same time; I'm sick of them taking years to make stuff, hyping it up with pretentious names and then not delivering the experience people wanted. At the same time, they've made some nice stuff in the past...

I don't know man, I literally failed first half of Year 8 because of THPS2. Not a lot of games did something like that for me. Is Skate keeping that tight controls and arcadey feel?
