honestly, i'm excited about it and all, but that vid doesnt look as awesome as i hoped this game would months ago. i've seen a steady improvement in screenshots, so i'm still optimistic that the final will at least be "good" if not very good. i'm more worried about how it drives anyhow.

The prologue was an insult to gamers. by prologue you mean the gt concept demo? that was free and built on the gt4 engine. we know nothing of gt5, it probably won't come out til 09.
I think GTHD looks a lot better. I mean that demo is sooo hot. But Forza 2's graphics have to compensate for things like damage. And besides this is next gen, all graphics look good.

The only reason there even comparable, is because GT4 is soo good offline, and Forza is the only great sim game with online. Now that GT5 will be fully equipped with online, there no need to even compare. I'm sorry i did.
I was pretty worried about Forza 2, it really did have well, lets be honest, xbox 1 graphics for a long time, seems they suddenly pulled some good stuff out the air in the nick of time.

GT4 sold around 10 million, forza 1 sold like 1, i guess you are owned HARD:lol: the only reason forza scored higher is cus online was promised for GT4 but was stripped out last minute. the graphics werent even that much better when they shoulda been WAY better.
looks good but it looks like it's smoggy...the weather that is... looks like L.A's atmosphere..you know the smog issue..thats what forza 2 looks like...
i cant wait for forza 2, but the video looked very bad. did they like downgrade the car models? looks nothing like i thought it woudl be. but yah the grass looks bad too, and it left no skid marks. but yah the game video didnt look to good btw.
Bad? No. Unimpressive after GT:HD? Absolutely. Looks like Forza 2 will have to live or die on its gameplay instead of its graphics--just like Forza 1. Then again, that worked out pretty well.
And for chrissakes, how is it fair to compare sales of Forza to GT4? GT has a huge following that began in the PS1 era, where the first Forza had to create its following with one game on a single console that sold, what, a quarter as many units as the PS2? Less? This is to say nothing of the GT games that sold for PS1.
It's extremely deceitful to pose the sales stats as proof of one game's superiority over the other, considering how few XBoxes were sold, compared to PS2s sold.
