Who should develope Halo 4? (Poll)

Lets say the rumors become true and Microsoft, out of the kindness of their hearts let Bungie go independent again to keep the developers happy and intact, of course Microsoft in turn keeps the Halo IP and rights of refusal for future Bungie titles on X360. So then who should be given Halo 4 to develope?

I am going to go with EPIC. Part of the Gears of War team and CliffyB could work on the single player and part of the UT team could work on the online portion.

My gut feeling is Microsoft will keep it inhouse and give it to RARE, if you look in the credit part of the Halo3 manual, about 9 guys from RARE helped on Halo 3.

Whats your thoughts and choices?

Most likely yes, but the story arc that Halo 1, 2, and 3 take place in is over. So it won't be a direct sequal, maybe a spin-off or a prequal possibly.

Infinity Ward or Valve.

I'd go with Infinity Ward; they would handle a run-and-gun better than Valve probably, but then again those Valve fellas might come up with something totally weird and unique.

okay first of all, there shouldnt be a Halo 4. Halo 3 ended it perfectly. And if there is, the protagonist probably wouldn't be Master Chief so i wouldn't play it cuz Halo isn't Halo without Master Chief. another, i can't believe this thread was even made.
