The no.1 selling publisher in America (and everwhere else in the world) is Nintendo. A Japanese company.

Japanese games are good and they made some of the best game series ever. Without Japan there would be no PS3 and no Nintendo Wii....

And you're wrong. Nintendo sold the most consols but nowhere near as many games and EA holds that offical title.

Actually no I am not. For the last 6 months nintendo has been the no.1 selling publisher week in week out. (Halo 3 has meant Microsoft has passed them temporarily this month.)

I'm speaking in anual terms and please show me where you got this information with a link. I really shouldn't be fighting this hard just to say the ps3 is losing it's remaining market to the last gen wii but you fanboys are making it out as if I have something against Japan as a country. It's way less F***ed up than America and lower crime rate as well so don't get on that boat with me. Just know that whatever is left of the Japanese market wii will take from PS3 and that is why Sony will fail.

Go look at any NPD figures and it is plain to see Nintendo's domincance. And you topic wasn't can Japan save the PS3, it was who cares about Japan.

As for Annual sales I have no doubt that come the end of the financial year (April1st) Nintendo will still be the highest selling publisher. It is already well in the lead and has many more huge franchises than EA being released in the next 5 months.

Mario Galaxy, Zelda DS, Brawl to name but a few.

However even if buy some miracle EA were to pass it, Nintendo would still be the no.2 selling publisher in America. Which still shows Japan and their games to be immensely relevant to US consumers.
