I wouldn't be surprised, but I wouldn't expect another delay unless something major happens. The game is pretty much complete, just time to polish up a few things until release.
Nope. April 29th is the date. It won't be delayed again. Rockstar doesn't need to delay it again to "maximize" sales. GTA is not a franchise which has games that stop selling a week to a month after the release date. GTA IV will be one of the top selling games throughout this whole year and on.
