Who would win in a battle: Samus Aran or Master Chief? NO FANBOYISM

When Samus is fully charged Master Chief has a problem.

By their capabilities, Samu's armor has better sheilds, built in weaponry, can morph, better tracking and scanning 

samus would win pretty much because she doesn't have ammo, she has 100 rockets, tons of visors for seeing through stiff, better armor, morph ball, double jump, like 1000000000 HP, and more...

but the spartens were trained up like crazy, under extreme conditions they can fun really fast, among other things...

Samus, at least in multiplayer has been able to survive a rocket. In any Halo mission, one direct rocket and you are gone. Besides, samus has homing devices, morph, hyper speed, has been seen with   1 on 1 punching and can use real nukes. Master chief can´t run fast enough of one of those nukes, and his grenades... well. Most people can dodge them.

However, this is silly. Samus is a more fictional character than Master Chief.

Double ownage, he can even turn into a giant in that big small type land, triple ownage :D 

IMHO, if they didn't have guns and that and relied on their fighting skills (SSB for Samus DOA4 for MC), I'd say chief takes the cake.

Imagine a Goku (SS4) Vs Hulk. Of course Goku would win. Just because in their fictional world things got bigger and meaner. They are different categories. It is unfair.

Bubble shield, bubble shield. Unless there's multiple missles fired randomly.

Bubble shield won't last forever, Samus can just charge up and blow it away, or lay bombs or missles, it would fall and then MC would be dead, Samus on the other hand carries very powerful shields built into her
