I am considering on getting one now since it scored 95% from PC gamer..I am just glad i dont need a 360 to play it..I am getting gears of war too when it release for pc..
The 360 is supposedly the "lead" platform so I would wait for the reviews to see if the PC is on par. I should be getting at least 40 FPS from Bioshock with my rig though (Max)

Nope its not, both have seperate studios , the 360 studio has more man power and focus, because as said by the Devs themselves, they already know how to make great games for the PC ... they needed to focus working on the 360 architecture.
Both versions are different in small ways, different interface ect.

me, i do own a 360 but i dotn want the dumb down version. i want to play at max settings on my duo core, sli 7900gt set up hooked to a 40 inch sony lcd screen.
Definitly pc even if I had a xbox360.. I can already tv out my computer to a bigscreen hd if I had one. But I am also getting the best graphcis with my 8800 GTS, better sound, and mods galore. If the game is really mod friendly then we could be talking about tons of new user made content which would increase its life already moer greatly..
And the makers have already said they are making it different for the pc more advanced and not as dumbed down in interface.. I know that sounds negative but its true, there is only so much you can do with a gamepad compared to a keyboard with numerous buttons, not to mention a mouse which now a days has nearly as many buttons as a gamepad.

This is a misinterpretation.. In the PC gamer review it uses the phraes "it has" and "It does not have" followed up by certain points.. bugs were in the It does not have section.

I agree 100%. I too am going to play this game on max and can't wait to experience the superior interface.
definately the PC version for me. unless the devs have let some show stopping bugs through (i doubt it) its the PC version for me. hell its cheaper so why not?

I'm not entirely decided on which version to get. The PC tempts with mods but on the other hand I do enjoy playing games more with a gamepad on my couch than in front of my computer. Decisions, decisions...

No offense but I still don't see the obsession with achievement.. In the end its a "pat on your back"reward that you can show off to your friends just how much you play games. Maybe if you got points for something like being able to buy arcade games it would be worth it.. Sure its sort of a positive, but really can it be compared to any where near User made mods.. I think not.
