Who's getting is new system out 1st? MS, Sony or Nintendo? (Poll)

Topic.

So what's your take and why?

I see all 3 very confident right now, Nintendo still selling Wiis like hot cakes, Sony&Microsoft confident their respective motion control add-on will be the next big thing, so who do you think it will crack 1st?

IMO i'd say Microsoft, lets face it, both PS3&360 are dead horses by now, sure Killzone 3 will probably be the best looking PS3 game to date, and Gears of War 3 the best looking to date on the 360, but honest, its not by much.
I don't see anything coming out that could drop anyones jaw, not even Rage, games will keep getting tiny bits better but nothing to brag about IMO.

So the way i see it all thats keeping those boats afloat is their motion controllers.

Having that said i'd say Kinect is much more likely to fail.
The fail videos on youtube are more than a lot and if even with a controller in your hand sometimes the thing flips outta control, relying entirely on the body movements alone and nothing else is pretty much a nightmare.
Remember that Star Wars thing where at a point the guy mimics what was on screen just showing he was acting all that time? Yeah, not looking good for MS IMO as far as motion control goes.

So i'd say Microsoft is getting is new console out 1st and by the way i bet it will be called Xbox4Live, has the 4(to compete with PS4), sounds American and it has Live on the name being XBL a huge thing on the Xbox. Let this be on the record for future "I told you so" :P

I'd say i hope they don't do with the 360 what they did with the original Xbox (i have it and yeah i was upset) but honestly i don't care because i don't have a 360 :P

Nintendo has the most reason to release a new one, but Microsoft will probably do it if Kinect fails like we all know it will.

This is Nintendo last video game system. They have lost all of their momentum and the best thing they could do is become a software only company or maybe a 2nd party developer. With the Xbox 360 totally destroying the Wii in sales Nintendo may not have a choice.

i hope ur being sarcastic, u do know Wii is pwning Xbox 360 & PS3 in sales right? Quality of games is subjective, but sales is not.

it has got to be nintendo. sont cant afford to for at least 4 more years at best and mocrosoft got a second wind with their slim model. the 360 hasnt sold this well over a 6 month period in a long time. there are some stores in the boise area that has a waiting list for the 360 slim with the hard drive. plus, the wii has trucked along on 3 good games a year.

I voted Nintendo, 'cause that's who I'd like to see a new system from first. But, in all honesty, I have no idea as I can think of reasons for each company to launch first, and each company to wait.

It would be nice to see Nintendo join the current gen systems.

They're all like ''Kinect is the next best thing since sliced bread'' but be developing a brand new console behind the curtains.
Only to say when the Kinect hype died out, ''Yo dogs, I heard you like wasting money so we made you a nextbox. So you can waste more money while you waste money. In all our nextgen-games, you need to buy ammo from the XBL shop and the bullets will be your hard-earned dollars. So you can waste money while you shoot away.'' Lemmings will all be like drooling since it will have Halo Beach or something.

Probably Nintendo, Then again Microsoft came out of no where with the 360.

IF one were to push a new system first I'd bet on Nintendo, to put out more powerful hardware. Though it wouldn't surprise me to see them ride a nice install base and bucketload of profit for as long as possible.

With Sony and MS, it makes more sense for them to launch near the same time. Third party devs and publishers have pushed both to extend the current gen, and with a large portion of each library composed of third party multiplats, it makes loads of sense for all involved to start the next gen for each in unison.

But hey, how often does everything happen in such a tidy fashion? Anything can happen.

If Sony comes out with a console before Microsoft.

As much as i would like to see a new next gen Nintendo system, they said themselves somewhere that they were not going to come out of the closet with the next gen home gaming system till the Wii completely died, sales of hardware and software have hit rock bottom, which has not happened and is not going to happen for some time.So Im going to say Microsoft.

the most outdated will end first, naming, the Wii, Nintedo did their best to make it last as long as possible, and they did great job and they made great deal of money, but they dun have any tricks or adds on or games.... end of story.

If Kinects is a smash hit: Nintendo

If kinects fails: Microsoft

Though, I have heard rumors that if Kinects bombs Microsoft might pull out of the console race.

I think all of them are going to come out at the same time or at least in the same year.
