Whos your favorite third party developer.

Mines would be ubisoft.

Ubisoft Montreal and UBisoft Paris are awesome with hits such as splinter cell and now assasins creed and Naruto Rise of a ninja ubisoft is just bleeding with quality.

Treasure, Atlus, and Valve all three are Independent.

But from the poll I would say Capcom even though I like Blizzard aswell.

how is that? Blizzard literally craps gold... They haven't made a single bad game yet... You may not like WoW for what it is, but it is impossible to deny its polish and quality as an MMO. Starcraft and Diablo 1/2are classic games. Warcraft games are also classic. Starcraft 2 looks great. WoW is the best you could find in the MMO genre period. Starcraft is the cream of the crop among strategy games. Diablo sits among the top of the RPG genre.

Agreed. They're the only ones who actually try to make their games use the Wiimote in ways that actually take advantage of its capabilities, and they're the only ones who actually put effort into creating good control schemes for their multiplats instead of just assuming that people want to move their arms around as much as possible when they play a Wii game.

And jeopardize any possible way to milk WoW? Never. Warcraft as an RTS is dead. Any new ideas or content will be thrown into World of Warcraft. Which is a shame. I don't consider NIS worth mentioning. Sure I love some of their games, but they're so stuck it's not even funny anymore. It's hard to tell the difference between their PSX work and their PS3 work... that's damn pathetic.

I voted Blizzard. Also anyone who bashes WoW obviously has never played it and is just opposed to the idea of MMO's. Either that or played all day for a year and is burned out on it. WoW is just so polished and generally fun to play.

I don't consider NIS worth mentioning. Sure I love some of their games, but they're so stuck it's not even funny anymore. It's hard to tell the difference between their PSX work and their PS3 work... that's damn pathetic.

While I will admit to not playing many NIS games, it seems to me that they are the irony of their own modo. If I can recall correctly they once said that they don't rely on shaders and pretty effects to "Wow Gamers". Well looking at the outside it seems that they seem to try Wow Gamers in by using nostalgia. I mean Aterial Iris 3 was said to be a huge dissapointment and with an exception of Soul Nomad they keep using the true and tired Disgaea SRPG formula. There visuals are also inexcusable, especially when they've worked with the likes of Vanillaware.
