If you want games with motion controls similar to the Wii, get the PS3 because of the SIXAXIS Motion Control and the good lineup of games coming soon. AIH_PSP
Sixaxis hasn't proved itself, Wii controls have.
By "soon", I guess you mean halfway through 2008? The Wii has its good games coming out in 2007.
All the Nintendo fans will list all these kiddy games to make it look like it has good games, in reality it doesn't, Nintendo will always attract the younger crowd, I bet the adults that play the Wiii are playing it with there kids, while when they are alone they play there PS3/360.
I will list only the good titles, Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime, Super Smash Bros, and nomore heroes.
And then a Nintendo fan will post "You forgot Zack and Wiki, Trauma Center, RE4 Wii Edition",...blah blah blah....

Listen to this guy. His opinion is fact and everyone should agree with him.

You forgot Zack and Wiki, Trauma Center, Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles, Oboro Muramasa, Mario Kart Wii, Fire Emblem and Tales of Symphonia.
Well, you forgot a lot of others, but those are musts for a Wii list :)

Opinion never equals fact. Lots of people (of all ages) are capable of finding joy in many different things, even "kiddy games". Different strokes for different folks. And before you go throwing out the term "hardcore gamer", a truly hardcore gamer enjoys games of all types on multiple systems :)

Yeah I know, it's called sarcasm :P
Hmm.. maybe...Keep the Wii, and save for a 360 or PS3, for the cost of the Wii itisn't really worth re-selling it IMO(and dont even think about trade in value). There is plenty of great games comming for the Wii and a dew decent games out now (just like the PS3's situation really)
As for what you should get out of the other 2?, you need to make that choice for yourselfjust as we all do. Look up the games lists and make a choice.
I have a good Gaming PC, Gaming Laptop (for the wife), 360, Wii and aDS for now. Next year i may pony up for a PS3 as im looking forward to FF13 and White Knight but have to see.
We all have our own tastes in games so its hard for anyone to recommend anything to you without truely knowing you, but i loved super paper mario and zelda on the Wii fyi, perhaps rent/buy them if they are your cup of tea (or coffee or hotchocolate).

In these here parts, it's hard to tell:lol:
Well i bought a wii.. yes i know what your thinking. Im not here to flame the wii or any other system and im not a fanboy. Well i bought a wii and i have been soo dissapointed in it. The games are just barely sub par and are just getting boring for my taste. Sure metroid prime 3 was fun but i think it could have been better And i don't even WANT to mention the online "capabilities" of my wii. I just find its just not pleasing me. Im thinking of selling it and everything else wii i have nd maybe getting a 360 or PS3 but im thinking i should atleast wait till SSBB just in case something good does happen. What are your thoughts?foola12Looks like you didn't do your homework before making a major purchase. Sell it.

I think the Wii's future will have a small peak in 2008 and then fade in 2009. Its a console built for a generation leap that isnt fully ready. Ninty are being cleverr and released a console that still matters to over 75% of the market with SDTV's with one of the greatest innovations (been done b4 I know) the controller that works amazingly well with the console and its games.
They are waiting on HDTV, format conclusions, bigger market shares, DX10 graphics optimized and a few more. So imagine 2010 Ninty first out with a DX10 graphics enable console... Will be a sure winner if price is right and with past Wii success.
The above is just an opinion, lol... But the Wii will have another peak next year but I must admit as a gamer its not great but as a novelty fun factor the next Wii Sports and like titles are gonna be hugely fun. I cant see developers pushing the Wii much more like some believe most devs know this hardware and are already pushing it.
Wii is a great side console can you not keep it and upgrade your PC or buy a Xbx/Ps3

pwnd
I would wait for SSBB that game is going to be awesome murat8And Galaxy, Battalion Wars 2, Zac and Wiki, Mario Kart, Animal Crossing arn't?!
i think you should keep it and get a 360 as a second console..daveg1yes thats what as thinking to but i don't have a job or the time for it either so im not sure. And whoever has and wantes to suggest zacka nd wiki as a game i should wait for.. i say get real.. that game looks way to off the games i play. I really don't like SMG i never really even liked SM64 so don't bother saying anything about that either. It looks as if i should wait but im thinking i should make my decision just after SSBB comes out otherwise i might not get a chnace to play it.
And to the guy who said that nintendo would have the first DX10 (what ever that means) console i agree with you. I think nintendos plan is just to get as much money as they can now and then make the ultimate console next GEN. So even if they do start losing money they ill still have a backup money.
