Why are PC gamers more Mature on Headsets than xbox live / ps network?

like whenever im playing a online game and using ventrillo or mumble or skype or something ppl are very mature on pc and very audible i understand them

whenever im xbox live or ps network ppl are grumbling, i can't even understand them half the time, weird accents, barely can even speak english

why is this?

why aren't the mature adults on xbox live and ps network

also half the time i hear like mic's going crazy, kids and 100 ppl cheering in the background its even worse during zombie modes ive noticed

can ppl just be respectful like a ventrillo world of warcraft server

I highly agree, I stopped playing it cause of the immature community. Not even before creeps spawn people yell in chat like "gg noobs see you at 20 min surrender lawl" and thats the nicest thing I've seen said in that game for awhile.

Even SC2 is getting bad w/e I'm on skype with my friend who does 2s, **** talking in games is just getting out of hand.
