why are people claiming ownage for haze and ut3 being time exclusive

Well alot of people have been saying "PS3 has UT3 and Haze TIME EXCLUSIVE TAKE THAT LEMMINGS"

well did you forget about these games then.

Oblivion: 1 year TE on 360 and the 360 version has dlc which the ps3 doesnt

Rainbow Six Vegas: 6 months TE on 360

Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2: 4 month TE on 360

F.E.A.R: About 5 months TE on 360 and the 360 version is VASTLY superior to the PS3 version

Splinter Cell Double agent: 4 month TE on 360 with the 360 being the superior version

DiRT: Four month TE on 360

Medal of Honour Airborne: Four month TE on 360

So there is no ownage at all.

And UT3 isn't even a timed exclusive.Danm_999

iv certainly seen an awful lot of cows claiming it is. the funny thing is though that they pretend ut3 isnt on pc but they dont hesitate to say OMG GEARS, BIOSHOCK, ALAN WAKe=MULTIPLAT.

Happens a lot with xbox 360 games. They celebrate some games being "multiplatform" yet they don't go to ps3 but to pc. Everybody says they have a kickass computer but i have my doubts

*the only time i'd be "mad" would be if a game from 360 that is the reason i bought one went to ps3, not pc.

why are lemmings hyping exclusive content for GTA IV when after a year that content could appear on ps3?

TC the reason why people are hyping these games, is because in terms of quality they're potential halo killers on the ps3 out in 07. It's all about what happens in the shop when consumer looks at the shelf for a new ps3 game or 360 game and see HAze and unreal, but doesnt seeit on 360.

please stop with stupid threads it should be obvious why any fanboy would hype timed exclusivity.

who cares about exclusivity, PS3 still has easily distrubuted mods,maps, and skins.

my point is that people are extremley hyped up over 2 games that are time exclusive and yet they forget that the 360 has the majority of time exclusives.

in terms of the present we have a better versions of R6 and oblivion, we'll see with GRAW and dirt. FEAR should have stayed on the pc and SC isnt anything worth celebrating over and MOH has been in decline for quite some time if this new one proves me wrong than you have that and the possibility of GRAW and dirt sucking big time on the ps3. Besides that UT3 and Haze will be enjoyed by cows before lemmings plain and simple

Notice how cows all seem to have some Great Computer spec the minute Bioshock or Alan Wake is brought up...Oh I can play it on PC. PC doesn't exist once Unreal 3 is brought up though...

2) There's no such thing on system wars as a console exclusive. If Lemmings aren't allowed to get away with it, Cows certainly won't be.

No, but you obviously failed to read mine, where I clearly stated there is no such thing as a console exclusive on System Wars. See, it's called System Wars, and not Console Wars.

person A said the game wasn't time exclusive. person B acted like person A didn't know what he was talking about and told him that the game would be console exclusive for 2007. it's just kind of wierd to see somebody say somebody else doesn't know what they're talking about and then in the next sentence agree with what they said. :?

IMO Gears, Alan Wake, + are still EXCLUSIVES. I know they are coming to PC but in all reality, the percentage of people who have an X360/PS3 and a kick ass computer is very small. Sure there are a few that have everything in the best conditions, but its rare therefore console/PC does not break exclusivity.Viviath

He was talking about Haze and UT3 being Console Exclusive. There is really no such thing, Exvlusive means that it is only on the one system, and if it is on PS3 AND PC it isn't on one system. I hated it when the lemmings said that something was console exclusive, andnow the cows are using it.Also this isn't Console Wars.

Microsoft estimated there were 200 million PC gamers.

If anything, a game going to the PC should break exclusivity far more than it going to the PS3.
