Why are xbox 360 games so immature?

So I saw the trailer for the Last Of Us a few days back and I'm completely amazed by how Naughty Dog continues to make intelligent, thought-inspiring storylines. That got me thining, why are 360 games so damn immature?I tried playing shotguns of war 3 and Failo 4 the other day and my god, the storytelling was seriously atrocious. The entire gameplay of shotguns revolved around big, muscular guys speaking unintelligibly with a vocabulary level of a 2-year-old. I guess epic games knew that the majority of the 360 base consisted of weak little "men" who secretly want to be big and strong like the people they see in shotguns.

It's a sad gen for 360 owners when their best exclusives make Pokemon the First Movie look like something that was directed by Christopher Nolan.

Is this for real?

I want you to look at this and ask yourself if this is an acceptable path in life for when you actually grow up and are able to post on this board...

Honestly, storyline isn't everything. Gameplay plays a role as well, not that gears of war 3 has a good gameplay mechanic. Yup. The entire gears of war 3 storyline boiled down to "beating the bad guys." Seriously, do any other M-rated game use the term "bad guys" anymore? It makes the storyline look as intelligent and sophisticated as the power rangers.
