The game is available on both platforms, but the 360 version gets DLC. I dont care, but some people do.

Gaming should be fair competition. GTA as a timed exclusive on the PS2 made the PS2 a dictatorship, a Nazi empire of gaming last gen.

By encouraging a 360 GTA4 purchase, we can make gaming fair competition again.

The past GTA games on the PS2 weren't the best versions of the games either. Even without exclusive content, the PC versions were much better.

Yeah but considering that all three last gen GTA games were released on Xbox and PC (with the PC releases always being only a few months after the PS2 release) GTA was never ever a Sony brand. GTA even started on the PC. And in terms of reviews the Xbox versions of GTA3 and VC were deemed better than the PS2 versions.

I've owned and played both and the Xbox versions blew away the PS2 versions. The load times were fractions of what they were on PS2, the graphics were far superior, a feature I personally like were the controls which had the driving controls mapped out like a racing game, and the game featured customizable soundtracks.

However, I think what you're trying to say is: Why are Xbox 360 owners hyping Grand Theft Auto IV if its not an exclusive? My answer is this: probably for the same reason I'm hyping it, its going to be an awesome game thats lots of fun to play.

And how is it going to do that? If it can sell more then 23 million copies on the xbox 360 alone then your theory will be right but there arent even that many xbox 360's out there so how do u figure?

alot of lemmings seem to be interested or only like GTA 4 beacause its getting DLC so its sometihng over the ps3 version, its still a ps game too me, then you get lemmings in full fledge damage controll beacuse you want the ps3 version and lems try to enforce the teh DLC card on everyone its like you cant even have achoice with these nubshellrazor06

Its really only fanboys trying to make there system seem like its superior because of DLC. Besides that the TC has a good point because the GTA series has always been successful on ps platforms and now they make threads saying how much they love the game now since there is DLC when really they dnt like the game at all, its just a way on forums of slapping cows in the face and saying we got GLC, big woopty doo, lol. I could care less about the DLC, there are just too many other awesome games that I will be also focusing on besides GTA4.
