Why aren't there hype threads for multiplats?

For example, Assassins Creed looks like a great game, yet I don't see any hype threads for it. I think it's very childish to only hype exclusives just to somehow try to "prove" that your console is "better" than the others.

good question. I guess the only reason would be that you won't be able to say "hahahahahaha OWNED because you can't play this game!!!" to someone. I personally don't care about that and i'd rather see what people think about Assasins Creed.

unless maybe they think that there would be too many hype threads if they start counting multiplats, but they really don't have to do it for all of them..

There's a thread for guessing AC's score on the front page right now I think. Sadly, everyone believed it will get a 7.5-8.0

Well here it means hyping the game for a certain score on GS. But if you mean saying that it is a good game and stuff , then I agree.
