I loved the Dreamcast but I dont think it had better games that the Wii. Sonic Adventure, Power Stone, Soul Caliber, NFL/NBA 2K series, Resident Evil Code Veronica, and space channel five. If anything the Dreamcast suffered from the same problem.

Right now? I myself think that the PS3 has the worst lineup currently. The 360 and Wii both have some good games that interest me but since the 360 games are not exclusive because they are on the PC as well, I might as well get the superior version.

I don't care about exclusive games as they are still on the console, the PS3 and 360 have awesome games right now and the Wii just can't compare at the moment.

i still think wii sells will slow down i mean its burning throw its main titles fast soon they will have AAA game droughts IMO

I think the Wii has the best exclusives honestly. I think thats what helps this system out because it has almost no quality 3rd party suppord. Mario Galaxy, Mario Kart Wii, Mertroid Prime 3, SSBB, Wii Fit, Wii Sports, Zelda, Mario Party, and the Mario Sports series all sell very, very well. Yes they are re-hashed to death but people buy these games because they are really fun. Not because they have amazing HD graphics. I think the PS3 has the 2nd best exclusives but the problem is........NONE OF THE ARE OUT YET. And I personally think they waited too late in the game to bring out the big guns to take the top spot but we will see. And before I get flamed for this post I will say I own all 3 systems and play but 360 the most. So I bet my opinions are kind of confusing to most of you. GoldenElementXL

On there other side we have the 360 and PS3 duking it out and its hard for them to bring the cost down. They loose money when they sell systems. Not a very good buisness move when you think about it. i buy systems course i want specific games! if it is called ps3 x360 or wii doesn't matter ,and that's what satisfied me course people like you dont get it :)

Sorry I don't understand, do you come to system wars for the high quality of debate? Because you know for us sane and rational people its actually annoying to see Wii owners say NINTENDO IS KING AGAIN and then list a load of crappy upcoming games that they claim are gonna be INNOVATIVE... well tbh the whole concept of attacking and defending video game consoles and companies is a joke... but the reason I bash the wii is utterly aside from that... I just dislike the WII because its a goddamn waste of space, its quite undeserving to be reckoned as a console and somehow it feels like nintendo have truly insulted gamers in this one.

Oh yes the nintendo owners and in fact most people will react to this with haughty comments and an air of superiority and yet noone plays their wiis, in a year even less people will play their wiis, and the fact that Ninty fanboys have to defend their console by citing the "fact" that "unnanouced games are in the pipeline" really speaks volumes. In a year's time I guarantee you that the technological gap will be so vast and horrifying that noone will consider the wii on par with 360 and ps3. Perhaps in future generations, if anyone cares enough to pick one up, which perhaps they will, I'm sure people will be truly surprised to discover that the WII is contemporary to PS3 and 360...

If "Graphics,stuff on screen,detailed animations, and HD" make games good for you then I'm sorry. You're missing out. Ever have fun with Tetris? Gaming is NOT about all the flash and dash. I dislike the wiimote, I dislike the graphical capabilities of the machine, I dislike the games released (pretty sad when the best game out for it is the game that came with it (wiisports)). I dislike the fact that it can't play DVD's. It can't even play CD's (my god the Playstation could play CD's!), I dislike that it still costs about 200 GBP, I dislike the fact that the machine looks so attractive to begin with but after the first hour of playing it you get bored, I dislike the fact that the wiimote costs 30GBP and for the Nunchuck attachment thats 15GBP, I dislike the main menu, I dislike the fact that the blue led light around the disc try doesn't stay lit up, I dislike the fact that you don't have an option to sit or stand whilst playing, I dislike the Mario games post-SNES generation, I dislike the fanboys who only have sales to back up any form of argument to do with the console because they know in every other aspect people are 100% correct about its short-comings, Most of all I dislike the fact that Nintendo, the worlds first real game company, made the NES/SNES/Gamboy/DS/Gamecube and then made ...this, and the fact that it payed off so well for them.
