I dont get it, you guys all talk about how your system is better than someone else'a and yet your here trash talking instead of playing it. Also why do you have to say a system suck? Especially a system you've never owned or played before (played = more than 5 minutes) So cant we all just get along? :D
Well, we all like different things and systems are one of them. This is a way we share ideas and try to convince people why this is better than that.Stuffed_Monkey

Some of us come for the free drinks and stay for the entertainment. I don't take my time defending my purchases, nor do I have some misguided loyalty to a massive corporation that acknowledges me only as a statistic. Mostly I come here for the same reason people slow down on the highway when they see a wreck: morbid curiosity.Â
PLUS, you can't beat the gaming news here. Seriously. Ever scrap and tidbit, be it rumor or fact, gets dredged in here pretty much instantly.Â

It would be fine if we all kept bias to ourselves and reasonably discussed things. But there are fanboy nuts that try and influence people one way or another. The game industry is based off people's opinions of things and hype. If fanboys are spreading BS and other peoples opinions get formed based off that BS, things get bought or missed that wouldn't have been otherwise. Ps3 is suffering massively from the anti-hype generated mostly by the lemmings before it even has a chance at a single holiday season. By all rights 360 would've stopped selling after a million units if the lemmings cared about it's lack of exclusives and bad PC ports like they use to bash PS3.

system wars is a place for a fight. often i find myself coming here not hating anything purposely making outrageous claims just TO pick a fight. its fun and enjoyable. beside, you aren't exactly hurting the people. just consoles. unless people were so attatched to a certain console or game that if they just got dissed once they'd like have a heart attack.Â
