The folks at Kiff News were not satisfied with the latest news and rumors surrounding the intriguing Sadness and the split between Nibris and Frontline Studios -- so they investigated a little further. The e-mail they received from Nibris confirms the break from Frontline Studios, but they also insist that Sadness -- and their other announced games -- are in development, and that they've been quiet on the situation because their head has been out sick. We wonder if he has a doctor's note.
They also acknowledged that their silence was probably the source of the rumors surrounding Sadness, and offered an apology, as well as the promise of an official statement within the week. They also report that there is a new developer working on the game. We hope they'll not only work fast (and thoroughly), but be forthcoming, as well. We've been in the dark on this one for a long time.

that being said
a game can't be cancelled if it wasn't real in the first place
once we get some screen shots, then we can confirm it isnt vaporwareÂ
Medal of honor was probably cancelled because of the failure of COD3 on Wii hamstergeddon
Ahahaha, too good for the Wii eh?Â

Thanks for clarifying that...

Anyway, what about Medal of Honor Airborne. Thought EA was throwing its support behind Wii?
Maybe because Vangaurd didn't turn out so well.
Â
Remember when everybody thought when Wii came out it would be perfect for FPS games? I guess that whole theory kinda died and went to hell, huh. And they said it would be good for RTS games? Not a single one yet.Â

wow, in your reality, do good games get made over night for you?
we haven't even had pikmin3 announced yet and you're waiting for rts games to magically be released on the system overnight?
seriously though, you have to look at what's really being pushed on the DS now.. strategy games... a lot of them actually
Â
off and ontopic: darwinia would be a great game for the wii, it's perfectly suited for the systemÂ

the games that came out were rushed ports, MP3 is already known to have the best FPS controls, they will set the bar for other developers to follow.
Neither was canceled. If anything MOH was just pushed or put on the ps3gamer0100
Â
Sadness I did find links about that it was just in disarray or something with developers. MOH: A however shows cancelled when I look for the status of the game on different sites, including this one.

http://www.gamespot.com/wii/action/medalofhonorairborne/index.html?q=medal%20of%20honor%20airborne&tag=result;title;5EA had to make room for developing the massive EA Playground for 2007 release, while gimping wifi from even the DS version which will most likely be destroyed by clubhouse games in sales
so there you go... sadness was vaporware to begin with, and is in a publisher/developer square dance currently
and EA... they can't multitask Boogie and EA Playground two original IPs with a port.. it's just simply asking too much for them to get a port
all kidding aside, EA's ports on the wii have been surprisingly good, atleast compared to ubisoft... they've earned some respect from meÂ
