I love this game and it makes me sad to know it didn't sell well. I really wanted a sequel. Surely you want to at least try this game. Right, SW?

Far as online fps goes. It cod only. I know the games in and out. Honestly only strong sp games can pull me away from cod. Its my spades everday or outside game of dominoes everday. Hell.. cod is my candy crush on the low lol
@SolidGame_basic: Why I didn't buy titanfall 2? Easy this holiday season was exclusive to FF15 a top tier game (my personal GOTY) and have no time to play a low tier fps like titanfall lol
Maybe I'll pick it up when it's $5
1. Already have Overwatch for multiplayer FPS needs
2. While I heard good things about the game, I also heard of the less than stellar sales and was worried about how much activity the game had for matchmaking or how long it's community would last.
But I did buy it! People are missing out and even seem to enjoy their willful ignorance concerning it. I think it's a tragedy myself. This game is so fun. Gamers seem to have shit taste sometimes. The campaign was awesome and I think the multiplayer is pretty great too but I'm more of a single player kind of guy.

Maybe it's just you who has shit taste, since you're the only one who bought it.

That's another possibility too I suppose.
@SolidGame_basic: I really didn't like Titanfall 1. The gunplay was shallow and there wasn't enough meat to the multi player progression. Not enough variety or customization either. The bots also helped ruin the experience for me too. Tried Titanfall 2 and it was not what I wanted.
I think Titanfall had the better campaign, but most people buy shooters for the multiplayer and Battlefield wins that
I bought it, but havn't got around to playing it since I also just got Overwatch and BF1. I also recently got bf4 and hardline, plus some good singleplayer games. It's just hard to fit into my gaming time, but I'm sure I'll like it, like I like the first one. I hope more pick it up with time.
There are many great shooters on xbox one to take people's time though.
Because I don't need ANOTHER multiplayer game. Even though I've heard the single player is actually pretty good, for me to feel like I've gotten my money's worth I'd have to dive into multiplayer heavily, and I'm just not interested in having 3 or 4 multiplayer games all at one time. I'll pick it up when it's cheaper for the single player and to try online but for now it's not worth it to me.
I'll get it at some point when it's $5 or less on Origin. I have too many games to play at the moment and it was a choice of Battlefield 1 or Titanfall 2 for me and Titanfall 2 never stood a chance. Blame EA for releasing the game at such a shitty time between COD and BF.
Just bought a n3ds, haven't bought pokemon but will soon to play it.
Grinding 50 levels on overwatch, the most I ever played, to get the holiday skin.
$30 Bf1!@! That still haven't opened yet.
I got it around Thanksgiving digitally when it was on sale. Mainly played the single-player for a few weeks and only more recently started diving into the multiplayer. OMG, the multiplayer is so great that I can hardly put it down. I definitely recommend people take advantage of any lingering holiday sales out there. Probably the best competitive MP I've played in years. I know lot of fans of the first Titanfall don't like the changes but for now I think it's shaping up to have a better multiplayer, hopefully the unlockable structure keeps more people playing longer in its design, they just need to update the game with new maps and modes, I'd love to see a return of Frontier Defense online co-op. I mostly play Attrition but have dabbled in the other modes, Last Titan Standing is a good way to level up the titans and earn some special cosmetic unlockables. I kind of wish the MP matches started with more epic intros but that's just a minor nitpick.
I mean come on, you have to really have a uniquely sour disposition as a gamer to not even find this game exceptionally fun. I can understand people invested into other great MP games as it's hard to jump between MP heavy games, but this is a pretty good one worth giving a shot.
The campaign is actually really fun too, way better than any slapdash SP on MP focused games like Battlefield and Call of Duty games typically do.

Titanfall didn't have a campaign.
Titanfall didn't have a campaign.
The first game had a campaign, it was just told through online competitive multiplayer.
I like online FPS a lot, but I'm just not feeling persuaded enough to renew my Xbox Live lately. Before it was Halo MCC that got me paying for it. Black Ops 3 and Halo 5 kept me going. Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2 both looked great, but I didn't want to spend all that money for more online FPS's when I have such a big backlog.
My plan is to clear a fair amount of the backlog this year, and we'll see come fall when the FPS's start arriving. If we get Halo 3 Anniversary with remastered multiplayer maps then I will renew.
I bought it for 35 and refunded it. The maps in the MP were horrible. The gameplay was okay... but I just wasn't having much fun playing it. I am having a ton more fun with BF1, so that's my go-to for FPS MP right now.
Maybe I'll pick it up again when it gets to 20.

I bought it.... It was straight. Didnt care for the multiplayer. (solid 8/10)
The game felt like a 360 game ported on next gen. Not that necessarily a bad thing but we are deep into Next gen now so its kinda lame that the graphics and animations are eh...
The game was on sale for $30-$35 like 2 weeks after it out for like a straight month and a half.
The game aslo came out at the same time as BF1, a very hyped game with all the attention (it was good but not that good 8.5/10 for me)
The campaign is actually really fun too, way better than any slapdash SP on MP focused games like Battlefield and Call of Duty games typically do.
so you didnt play BF1's campaing....
I did buy it. They really screwed over a great game all based upon release timing.
Imagine how it might have done if they left it until February-March,
I bought it and enjoyed it more than Overwatch, Battlefield 1, and Doom all of which I also bought. Let's be honest though. Most people can only afford so many games and releasing it the week after Battlefield and the week before CoD means that EA set the game up for failure.

Yeah, actually, and I really liked it. Though, far outside the norm these last few entries in the BF series.
