Some of them want attention. Some just want to be treated like any other person. Either way I don't care. >.>
What does this have to do with system wars?
timmy00
It doesn't have anything to do with SW.
Nevertheless, girls who flaunt their gender on the internet are just worthless attention-seekers.
Real girl gamers use false male identities to mask their true selves so they won't be judged.
ITT: People who got their ass handed to them by girl gamers.
:P But seriously, this doesn't belong here
Funny, all the girls that I've meet who played TF2 usually tried not to draw attention to themselves. I think it's the ones who want attention who point it out. "Your a girl, we get it" is usualy my response when there's an attention................seeker.

Not a SW thread...
but attention, no doubt! :o To be the envy of every male gamer out there. :P

The irony of this thread is incredible. Do you see it, mmmwksil? Because I most certainly do.
I want to say I do... but I'm afraid I'll get it wrong and make a fool of myself :P
Maybe I don't come across girls in the games I play (RO2, most recently :P), but I'd assume it's in the same vein of people who play certain custom games on Starcraft 2, members of their team leaves, and the only thing they can talk about is how unfair the game is even when it's actually balanced for leavers. And the only *fathomable* reason they're doing this is to justify themselves: if they're getting beat the game is "unfair"; if they're coming around and actually winning, it's "wow you guys suck".

Your kidding right? How are they any different from girls who flaunt their gender in real life? How do you figure they are worthless? What is a real girl gamer? And how do you know they use a deceptive alius to fool people? Your sir, are talking ****Just a tip for future notice, if you're going to post something on SW, it should be related to SW. You should have added something like: "What system has more attention-grabbing gamer girls?" or "What system has hotter gamer girls?" etc.

Actually, that would still not be SW related. You know, talk of the systems, not the people who play them?
TC, change the title quick! Might buy some time so we can further indulge in this irony peterw007 mentioned! :o
people love putting titles on them selfs. Like i have see "atheistgamer" what they have to do with eatch other i have no idea. Why should i even care? this is a gaming site! lol. Not that many hard core girl gamers so it gives them lots of attention.

Your sir, are talking ****In my opinion, anybody who brings attention to themselves on purpose for no good reason doesn't deserve the attention in the first place.
It's like saying "Hey everybody, I'm black, come pay special attention to me!"
I think those kind of people are worthless. You may think something different. It is the internet, after all. People are free to have their own opinions.

It's common practice for girls who are "hardcore gamers" to play a male character in an MMORPG, or to name themselves something quite neutral, or even use a male alibi altogether.
How do I know this? I have hardcore gaming friends (who happen to be girls) but are sick and tired of preferential treatment on internet forums.

But where does worthless come in? A girl in a nightclub will wear make-up, dress up, spray perfume on herself and flaunt her moves on the dancefloor in order to gain the attention of the opposite sex. Its human nature for a female to want to appeal to a male and vice versa. You are right though... this is the internet ;)Do you have to ask? Insecurities...and knowing it's a man's world..what better place to get the attention. They know the nerds will flock so fast towards them..lolz soapandbubbles
Pretty much this.

Well I don't know about you, but I've always been repulsed to those kinds of girls whether in real life or on the internet.
There's 2 girls in my tf2 clan and they don't do that. When they speak you can tell they're girls, but they can't really help that.
What bothers me is when a guy hears it's a girl and starts playing differently. As if they're trying to impress them or something, it's just sad.
