Why Do People Pay For Costumes?

Id rather give my $5 to a homeless man than to waste it on some costumes. Discuss.

i honestly do not know and don't see the point in buying costumes, lbp costumes are usually just 50 cent or something and not a big deal, but capcom with street fighter is just soo laughable, whatever happened in the good ol days "last gen" when you unlocked costumes by achieving a certain accomplishment in game modes? must have died i guess

agreed. its just a cheap and easy way to make a few extra bucks.
