Why do ppl say Killzone 2 looks better than gears 2.

It better look better than Gears 2 it comes out in 2009. Itsnot really an achievemnt sayingit looks better than gears 2.

Gears of War has been the console graphics since it came out in 2006. It is kind of a big deal.

Why do people say KZ2 looks better than Gears2?

Simple really;because it does.Anyone with eyes can see that surely.

Gears2 is not a bad looking game by any means,but KZ2...its so beautiful.

Killzone 2 is going to be hyped until it releases, get used to it. Its getting on my nerves really.

Gears of War has been the console graphics since it came out in 2006.

Not according to cows. When Killzone2 comes out, fans of other consoles will say the game is not that impressive.

And thusly, the SW circle of life will continue...

Personally, I think Killzone2 looks pretty darn sweet. If it plays as good as it looks, PS3 owners will have the equivalent of a game like Gears on their console (if you say Resistance is that game...I'll LOL...and then I'll LMFAO).

The question is: Will cows buy it?

I'd say Gears looks more detailed, but Killzone looks more fluid, especially with it's animations.

Not only that...with all the hype threads for Killzone 2....I find it hard to believe that Sony Fanboys are playing ANYTHING else. It was better looking than Gears 2 since footage from last early this year. It got pushed back. So both games devtime is essentially the same. KZ2 is no longer in production.

It looks better than Gears 2. Period. No spin to it.

Look around you, read the previews on every other site stating kz2 is the best console graphics,everyone that hae seen the videos say it is the best console graphics, and I am the one that needs to get over myself?

Wow, I love it when people give their opinion that Gears 2 is the console graphics king, and then when someone says that they think Killzone 2 is, they say, "well that's just your opinion so it doesn't really count". But really, Killzone does look better than Gears 2, and it fits more things on screen, and has more destructable envirornments, and has much better physics.

Also, the argument that it's unfair to say that Killzone 2 will look better because it comes out 4 months after Gears 2 did is very flawed. If you haven't heard, there is a Killzone beta going on right now, and a preview copy given to many of the review sites. These two versions look better than Gears 2 and they are out now. Seriously, the beta was even out in the same month as Gears 2... so why is this argument still used?
