i think the competition the companies are having is great and its putting alot of pressure on eachother to perform which is why we have so many great games both out and coming. There is no need to bash a certain console just cuz u dont have it, and i find so many ppl bashing the 360. Whats there to bash honestly? its a gaming device that doesnt have to be the same as everything else, and has its own standards, Great GAMES FTW!
People that only purchase one console bash the others to make themselves feel better about their decision...everyone wants to be with a winner so they vehemently support their console of choice.
Fanboys bash on other systems' because they're insecure (or someone's trying to point out someone else insecurity), it's not limited to just bashing the 360.

Because everytime I say things like Killzone 2 is a great game and that blu ray is actually a cool technology I get roasted by the people who own a 360. It's like me liking my purchase offends the beliefs and morals of those who bought a 360.

I like Halo, play a number of other shooters, and own and respect multiple systems, but I get viewed as a 12 year old lemming who is a pseudo gamer that doesn't know anything about shooters. So it evens out.
because they want one real bad but they dont want to pay for live or a wireless adapter. they hate the fact its doing so well when they paid for a $600 dollar ps3 thats in last place for sales. but for me i own both so im happy

Payment for online, unreliable hardware, and not a single good game on it that I can't get on another, better system (with the exception of Shadow Complex, but really that's only a matter of time). What's not to bash here?
Because it's an inferior console with an unacceptable failure rate and a bogus online fee to pay that does not provide much more (if not any more) than it's competition.

im a long time fan and even i admit its days seem to look like they are done. i dread RROD, what happened to the good old days when id leave my console on all day, well im planning on doing that with the PS3. SONY FTW i hope microsoft has learned an invaluable lesson this gen.

That's because PS3 owners get a wide variety of exclusives to play that satisfy their gaming needs anyway. It's not like there is a huge different between them either. I'll take better exclusives and slightly worse multiplats over terrible hardware and an online fee to use the internet that I already paid for.

Its because the reality outside system wars really sucks for the console of choice of those people. So to make things seem different than they really are they have found a place just crawling with like minded people.
When this happens then someone can post any kind of BS and have enough backers to make it seem legit somehow. This is why TC.
A Real Answer From a vet gamer that owns one:its because its cheaper and the fact that it has more games that are exclusive than ps3(Jealousy of fanboys)or maybe because you have to play 4$ a month(once a year 55$)even though most gamers 18 to 25 age pay for their internet from a provider
