Still no release date for Paper Mario for Europe, and the game is out in a few days. Why do Nintendo hate us?. It's the N64 and Gamecube all over again, lack of first party titles and lame third party games.

MS and Sony treat Europe equally , it's time Nintendo stopped hating Europe or they will end up stone last again. I haven't played my Wii since December when I finished Zelda TP, that's all I have to say about this disappointing "revolution"

All you people who think the Wii is going to win next gen/or is a good console are fooling yourselves, it's totally lame at the moment. How anyone can think otherwise is beyond me.

Nintendo hate Europe, fact.

Nintendo is a company. Therefore it's incapapble of "hating" something. If you mean the heads of Nintendo, are you one of them? If not how would know what what they think of Europe? You wouldn't.

And Sony treat Europe equally? Is that why they decided to cancel it's worldwide launch and give Europe the PS3 months later?

Sony was the only company to launch its cosole more than a month after in Euope. Both Microsoft and Nintendo at least tried to get rthe alunches as close together as they could. Although most of the people I know who got a wii are looking into gatting a 360 as well.

The European Wii release 2nd quarter 2007 line-up is totally sad.

Now that I found out that Resident Evil on the Wii is nothing more than a glorified House of the Dead, I am seriously considering selling my Wii and getting an Xbox 360, or just some cash and upgrade my PC.

Where the hell is Mario Galaxy, and Metroid Prime 3?  Super Paper Mario has two AA scores on Metacritic already, so unless those sources are just making it up: Super Paper Mario is a flop.  And that is not even coming out in Europe until the Autumn I guess?  And what about after that?  Maybe another year of drought whilst ugly third party nonsense clogs up the shelves.

I see the continuous anti-gamecube campaigns on SW with "game droughts" is working well. People are focusing so much on the moments there aren't games on nintendo consoles, instead of focusing on what is. I hope these people who kept bringing it up are satisfied that they're spoiling peoples fun now. It's normal for games to take a while after launch line up, and with 3rd parties who weren't smart enough to see this coming it might take till next year before they can release anything noteworthy. There are quite a few fun games out already, but people are focusing on the "what next?" before they even play a game.. come one, it isn't half as bad as people are making it sound.

Thank you! Beat me to it. Also, if Nintendo hates Europe so much, why do you guys get a bunch of stuff the US doesn't? For example, the ability to tade in Stars for Wii Points. We don't have anything like that in the US. So chill out and wait. Just like we Americans waited for WarioWare and Wii Play. Just like we'll wait for online and Heatseeker.

Do you have any idea how much time and money it takes to change the word football to soccer in a game? Of course it's taking them forever. /jk, but in reality, it probably would take them a little more time

Historically they do quite bad in Europe, the Genesis/Mega Drive outsold the SNES in Europe as most other consoles outsell Nintendo's counterpart in Europe, so they basically hate us.

I blame the economy, plus Europe doesn't exactly have a real foothold in the gaming world that the USA and Japan do.

That's actually a pretty good point. In Japan, a lot of people run around with some sort of handheld. In the US it's the iPod. In Europe.. I don't know what it is! (If you don't think the iPod is the biggest single "handheld" device in the states, in NY City, every one in three people owns at least one iPod)
