I am talking about people like Brian Ashcraft, NeoGAF and many others who constantly use an argument against the others but forgive Sony. When Vita was announced Sony swore every one of their studios would work on a Vita game eventually. They said they would not repeat their mistake with PSP and continue to support it. Once they were even quoted as saying it could get support for 10 years. I will take the high ground and say they were not talking about themselves supporting it. But why does it take a few forum posters or bloggers to call them? Why don't NeoGAF users? They love to beat Nintendo with a stick so why not Sony?
Sony is doing great with PS4 but they sit back and expect people to buy Vita without any sort of push. Nintendo have been losing money on Wii U but rather than sit around and do nothing they are investing in all the first and second party games they can get their hands on. People bash Wii U but Wii U owners have nothing to feel burned about. Third parties might not care but exclusives are always the best games anyway and Nintendo is absolutely delivering on this whereas Sony set a few B-Teams on Vita and when everything flopped they pulled the plug. The only high profile developer of their's that was on Vita was Media Molecule. How can people not feel upset with Sony? Why don't journalists put Sony on high ground during interviews? Brian Ashcraft is known to dog Nintendo about third party support asking "why shouldn't Nintendo owners worry about being burned again?" but I could ask the same about Sony. Why did they say every developer of their's would work on a Vita game and that never happened?
If Sony had made all their teams throw a Vita game at the wall before quitting I wouldn't be asking but they didn't. If a system is struggling you throw everything at it and remind people what they are missing. You don't contribute to it wasting potential.
