1.Sony still owns the publishing rights I believe they haven't ran out specially since they also have the publishing rights on the psn version.

2.the pc version was already released this isn't some sort of new game on the pc nor a remake of it its the same old game with a cloud save option, achievement type stuff and updated to run on xp, vista and windows 7.
