Apart from Ryse, which was a launch title and a 3rd party timed exclusive, there haven't been too many games pushing the graphical limits of the Xbone. Depending on your cynicism level, you may argue that every single game pushes Xbone's limits, haha! It seems that the notion of "graphics king" is exclusive to PS4...I think same could've been applied to 360, too, whereas it was ironically more capable machine when it came to multiplats.
Anyway, while there have been some aesthetically pleasing games on the Xbone, like Forza Horizon 2 and Sunset Overdrive, they're nowhere near what this generation should stand for graphics-wise. Of course, on the other hand you may argue that it's more beneficial to gamers to put gameplay before graphics, and Halo 5 seems to be focused on that as well and I can definitely see the reasoning behind it, as I'd always put 60fps over 1080p.
However, there is also another aspect to it, certain games were overly focused at delivering the best graphics possible at the very expense of the gameplay itself, and among them are aforementioned Ryse, as well as The Order or Killzone: Shadow Fall.
FYI, this is just a theoretical conundrum, I don't necessarily believe a maniacal focus on delivering the best possible graphics is the way to go, however in many cases a powerful and capable graphics engine sporting sharp image quality can be beneficial to our immersion and overall enjoyment.
