Why get the Inferior PS5 when Sony has no exclusives or very few left???

PS5 is inferior to XSX and all 3rd party games will look and run better on the XSX and will be getting DF victories left n right on the XSX

Sony in all actuality has very few exclusives left as most are going to PC especially their big guns like Horizon Zero Dawn and others and the trend seems to be going in that direction.

It would seem the exclusive argument for Sony PlayStation is dwindling fast.

According to DF, a variable resolution with mostly 1440p on PS5.

Lost me at get PC and XSX, should just admit the latter is pretty mediocre in comparison.

For starters if the PS5 is $100 cheaper than the Xsex then I can see a lot of people picking it up, myself included.

Plus, yeah I agree the Xsex will run 3rd party game a little better, and have slightly better detail. But it's not like it's going to be obviously noticeable. Like a switch TW3 vs PS4 TW3. The only way you would notice is if you had both set up side by side. Aint nobody gonna be doing that.

RDNA 2 it's more like a 3-4 tflop advantage 30-40%. Trust me you can go from 1440p to native 4k with that.

Not much substance to your claim. One Sony exclusive is coming to PC, yes. How you go from there to “the exclusive argument quickly dwindling” is anyone’s guess.

That would be the case if it was RDNA2 vs GCN,here we have RDNA2 vs RDNA2 so the gap is 1.8TfF.

So no the reality is the series X would render this with barely a few more pixels or a few more frames.

And on that super fast fly scene it may choke i may add do to having much slower ssd,that part was shown for a reason i am sure.

PC and XSX is probably the worst gaming combo ever, first off. Secondly, PlayStation has plenty of exclusives and IPs, much more so than Xbox. Thirdly, why would anyone get an Xbox if they are a PC gamer?

That’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard all day. Next gen, pc will make Xbox redundant. Why would anyone buy a gaming pc AND a series X?

Xbox has one of the weakest line up of games I have seen. Literally nothing I want to play besides Halo Infinite

All hardware has limits. Game consoles serve as setting the baseline hardware on PCs.

XSX is for consumers who don't want PC's IT support issues i.e. MS handles OS and driver maintenance for XSX.

XSX also for game developers who want extra DRM enforcement.

Both Windows 10 version 2004 (with RDNA 2 or Turing RTX GPUs) and XSX have DX12 Ultimate API baseline support.

I'll get Series X first no doubt, but eventually PS5 will have enough amazing games that aren't on Xbox, and by then PS5 Pro will be out. Perfect.

Besides the few exceptions like if you have kids, or plug n play. Pretty much this, I'm not going to get something that a PC can do better, maybe in a few years when it's $200 for the kids. At least the Sony has exclusives and decently cheap VR also with exclusives.
