Now with the recent news of Virtual Fighter being a horrible game, DOA4 ramains the best fighting game for this generation but now for long... An!other Xbox360 jewel is coming very soon, Killer Instinct NEXT! Only for Xbox360. I simply don't understand why would you consider a PS3/Wii if you're a fighting game fanatic when the best of the best are only on X360. DOA4, with its lighting fast combos, deep battling systems, beautiful graphics and KilleR Instinct NEXT...its made by Rare so you know it will turn out to be an instant classic. There's just so much fighting games on its way to the X360 that its purely insane! Not to mention multiplatform games such as VF5 looks best on X360 because its much more powerful than the PS3 and don't mention the WII please, it has next-gen specs.Click_Clock1. Perhaps you activated the cognitive dissonance button with Gerstmann's review. He said it was a "great" fighting game. 2. Link for Killer Instinct NEXT? That'd be a pretty awful title, by the way. 3. DoA4 doesn't have a deep battling system. 4. Rare hasn't made an "instant classic" in years. Banjo-Kazooie 3 should be great though. 5. As for the Wii, everyone already knows it's getting the best fighter anyways.
Only on gamespot, overall ratings still put VF5 over DOA4; and the 360 doesn't have Tekken and Soul Calibur.DementedDragonswish

I stopped reading right there:lol:
I gotta agree there. My two favorite fighting games are still Soul Calibur III and Tekken 5, so the PS3 is my preferred console for fighters.
edit:Â I agree with drago, that is...
Compare the scores with DOA4 buddy and for not reading the whole thing, why not? Is it too long for you? Should I shorten it so you have an easier time to read it?Â"Now with the recent news of Virtual Fighter being a horrible game"

Soul Calibur 3 for Xbox 360 better be online :(Stephanie_360huh? I don't think there are any soul calibur games planned for 360, are they?

No, I stopped right there because I knew that you obviously know nothing about the VF series & so anything you had to say beyond that was misinformed.

Well at this point it's a PS3 exclusive from what I've read, but it could carry onto the 360. However considering Soul Calibur 3 only premiered on the PS2 it may not be multi-platform.
Until the 360 have a better controller for d-pad......360 will never be a paradise for fighting games, not even street fighter.Ken0690Especially not if that Street Fighter has a laggy online. >_>

Heh, I've only noticed the rumble whenever I was hit, in fighting games. ^_^
Well, I played Street Fighter when I was around eight. Always played as Dhalsim, and never figured out any moves. Heck, I never even managed to use the projectile attacks. >_>PannicAtack
For a borderline anorexic, Dhalsim was a pretty slow character.

Your both wrong! PS, Sega, Neogeo and Arcade = King of FightersEzgam3r
There could only be one system to rule them all.
Don't forget Gametap. Lots of Fighting games there. >_>PannicAtackrly? Never tried it. Is it good?

Well this is a tough one... PS's : Near perfect arcade ports with a controller to match. Saturn: Some of the best fighting games on it and the best stock controller for fighters. DC: Nuf Said... NeoGeo: KoF, FF,AoF, SS... Come on, thats just kickass but your wallet would hate you forever! Arcade: Its the arcade... I guess it would be between the PS2, DC, and Arcade to see would come out victor."Now with the recent news of Virtual Fighter being a horrible game"

Thats what LP got and i loved that game.

DOA 4 = 8.8 it's not a huge difference. DOA4 is not even AAA."Now with the recent news of Virtual Fighter being a horrible game"
