I'm sure lemmings and sheep can't deny this. The PS3 will be getting far more RPGs than the 360 and the wii combined. I am not a fanboy though. I own a wii, and I had a great time playing my friend's 360 when he brought it over a week ago. I do admit that the 360 is getting some great games soon, but because RPGs are the #1 genre on my list, I have to go with the PS3.
The gamecube really didn't end up with any RPGs, maybe 2-3 of them actually. and the 360 still doesn't have any. Not to mention that EGM flopped Blue Dragon, and while Lost Odessey does look like it will be a great game, it's not enough to sustain me.
My problem with the PS3 though is that it wont be getting any of the games I want until 2008, probably later too if you take into account the almost inevitable delays. But I think i'll be very satisfied once I get my hands on FFXIII, FF vs XIII, White Knight, Star Ocean 4, Last Remnant etc. Aside from RPGs, I still get some kickass games such as MGS4, Heavenly Sword, Killzone 2 etc.
Feel free to challenge any point of my message, but don't call me stupid or retarded because I like RPGs more than FPS games. It's simply an opinion/preference.

Yes i can deny that statement first off the 360 is getting more rpgs this year(all exclusives)
Mass effect(trilogy) from bioware
Blue Dragon
Eternal Sonata
Lost Odyssey
Two Worlds(also on Pc)
while the ps3 only has one this year(folklore which since you used egm to "flop blue dragon" i will use eurogamer score which was 5/10)
and next year you can look forward to(exclusives)
Infinite Undiscovery
Fable two
so if you are an rpg lover why the heck would you buy a ps3 this year when the only rpg you have to buy flopped according to eurogamer?
other points:
Last Remnant was announced for the 360 as well trailers can be found on xbox live
The new FF or FF VS has been announced although everyone assumes 2008 but you could be waiting until 2009
Star Ocean 4 has not announced any platforms yet from link: http://www.gamespot.com/ps2/rpg/starocean4/news.html?sid=6170405&om_act=convert&om_clk=newsfeatures&tag=newsfeatures;title;1
Finally, Yamagishi noted that a brand-new entry in the series, Star Ocean 4, is currently in joint development between Square and longtime series developer Tri-Ace. Specific information on the release date and platforms is set to be announced in the near future
