IS it because its not on ps3 or is it because they rushed through the game. People sitting talking about its very linear( its not that linear). THey played the game in 6 hours. I just got to the 4th level arcadia and Im up to 11 hours of gameplay so far. Bioshock is a great game to pick up for about 40 dollars. One of the ebst this gen. SO why are people hatin on it
Because it's getting a lot of great ratings and people like to think they're special when they have an opinion that's different from the majority, so they feel the need to make their own thread topic about how they don't like it and that they're just as special as the one thousand or so other people who decided to make the same thread.
They're just looking for attention, or else they wouldn't be making so many individual threads about it.
It's one of, if not the best game on 360. But the last 30% of the game lacked the quality of the rest of the game, and the last boss was like something ripped out of Quake or Doom. Totally out of place. The devs ran out of ideas near the end and it shows. Maybe that's why it's coming in for some bashing. Or
People justhate on a well liked game, Halo, Gears, Crysis, Metroid ect. It's just the way it is.
The only "hate" I have seen are people saying it is too short. I myself am at 20+ hours, mostly because I like to explore in games like this and "take in the scenery."
Otherwise I see critques on AI and useless plasmids which I think are all valid. However, I think people would have more fun with the game if they experiment with plasmids and traps and such.

If you don't like the game why suffer through another 8-16 hours finishing the game. Whats wrong with other people having an opinion? The game is linear, but every corridor is unique and the level structure isn't repetitive so i think that makes up for it. I've yet to beat the game but so far its surpassed my expectations and deserves the score GS gave it.

For the same reason people hate on Halo, Gears. Because deep down they know they own and they don't like that they are on MS's console.

Because it's currently on top, and people will always try to knock whatever's currently on top. Everywhere, for anything. When Michael Jordan was at the top of his game he still had some haters.
