It's called Grandblue Fantasy and its developer by Platnium games. It looks like it's a PS4 exclusive for now.

It started as a mobile project, and now they're making console games for the franchise. It looks pretty good.

First I’m hearing about this. It looks awesome! Mainly I think the controls and combat look really good. It’s platinum so that’s basically a given but everything else remains to be seen. Even though it’s Nobuo composing the music, it didn’t really differentiate itself from trypical fantasy jrpgs.

The reason why I never heard of this game (until I enter this thread) is the fact this was a Mobile game coming to console now and I don't like Mobile games at all. That's why I never see Sony fans talking about it.
