I imagine it will when the remodel comes out. But to answer you question it would be because it's still selling like hot cakes. I can't take a trip on the subway without seeing five kids in the same cart as me playing one.

Nintendo does not like to lower the cost of their products.....

Because there is no reason to drop the price.

If it wasn't selling as good they would drop the price, but when people buy things like crazy at top dollar, then you cannot expect them to make it cheaper for no reason.

I believe they actually RAISED the price in Japan, it was selling so well.
