The obvious solution is to get a CORDED controller. Wireless and having to charge is for the birds. It is something companies tell us we have to have. For the little convenience it offers it is also a pain when they start to die.

because people are stupid and hate options and versatility. mems_1224Love the damage control from lems. Just accept it, Xbone has an inferior controller.
the fact is some people care and some people dont. Sony fans are running out of new things to say to put down the console so even the small things become the most egregious. In reality it has its pros and cons but to be honest the cons do out way the pros and at the end of the day its just a small issue.
[QUOTE="Murderstyle75"]Because its to sell a scam accessory to go with all their other accessories and nickel & dime, userbase milking, cow bullshit.HeclogitWell I use an Xbox 360 controller for my PC sometimes but I opted for wired and I think it is better that way. Was thinking about getting a wired as well for my PC. In order to use the wireless, you need another accessory.
Don't you think your reaching a little bit with the environmental conscious part I mean most people with a 360 has bought a charge and play kit or has rechargeable batteriesA. it's an obvious grab for residual revenue (a peripheral for a peripheral device?)
B. it's not a next-gen concept at all. Even WiiU's tablet is rechargeable. PS3s controller is rechargeable let alone the PS4s
C. It's not environmentally concsious.

I mean maybe if it was dreamcast controller with the wire coming out of the bottom. That would affect game play. But on the 360 controller you don't notice it at all and never have to worry about charging.

Couldn't it be perceived by some that want the ps4 that they are being nickel and dimed when you have to buy a ps eye to get the full experience it offers. And then there is D.
For a $500 system, people don't expect to be nickel and dimed right out of the box.

Well it's annoying and it comes across as cheap, but it's pretty much just cows here making it a bigger deal than it is.
The new controller looks pretty damn awesome, the use of AA batteries isn't going to be a dealbreaker for anyone.
Well The One's controller is both wireless and wired. The only question remaining is if there will be a cash grab like you can't recharge while wired, you need a special charger sold separatedly. Once that is cleared I don't think there will be any more problems.

Personally, I disagree with you there man. But, I do have friends who hate cables with a passion.
Quite interesting to see a viewpoint from that end of the spectrum.
Well I have a similar arguement with most on the official playstation boards about the Pulse Wireless Headset. This thing is gimmicky and very over priced and you can get 10 times better performance from a $50 wired headset. The answer is the same almost every time. Must be wireless and Pulse offers that. Meanwhile they just spent $150 for $20 speakers.Because it doesn't belong in a next-gen console. (Even in a current gen console) Xbone: paying more for lessSuppaman100
