Why won't fanboys acknowledge the PS3 is $399!

Differences though.

1: 360 is backwards compat with most any game youd want to play

2: The $350 360 gives me the best compat possible on the 360. Not true of the $400 PS3.

it's the same reason why cows don't acknowledge the arcade version of the 360 ($279)

the cheapest versions of consoles usually have something important taken away therefore aren't "complete." that's my take on it anyway.

Anybody who didnt own a PS2 last gen wasnt a real gamer, therefore BC is not needed, period.

Like everyone who won't admit it, I'll probably get a PS3 eventually. My wanton need to play Metal Gear Solid 4 & Kingdom Hearts will find me paying for one eventually...

However, $399 with no B/C just doesn't entice me in any way. Doesn't make me excited or even want one any more than I already do. The PS3 does have an interesting future game-wise, so like I said, I'm sure I'll eventually get one. But they're gonna have to give me some better motivation than this...
