Whyeverytime Jrpg game is broughtupcows say wait till Final Fantasy 13.

The only people who say wait for FF13 are people like you who assume that's all cows say.

I've heard White Knite Story for quite a bit now.

Ive heard WHite Knight Story 2

but the games i want are a New Vandal Hearts , Valykrie Profile 3(What is enix doing) and maybe a Lunar

What GOOD Jrpgs does the 360 have?

1 is better than none. and in this case, that 1 is FF13.
Then again, I'm ASSuming that FF13 will be good, but after recent looking at reviews of said ps3 games, I'm not so sure.

You have to be optimistic with these kinds of things.

I was talking about in terms of story. Their has been a number of JRPG that I have played. I would say only a handfull Baten Kaitos,XenoSega and a few othersareon the same level of FF games when it comes to story and overall gameplay.

Well, it hurts me to say this because I'm actually a mega FF-fanboy...but...

Halo 2 / Halo 3 both outsold the last 3 FF's worldwide...(FFX, FFX-2, FFXII).

Halo 3 actually outsold FFXII in 48 hours...in the US alone...with 1/10th of the ps2 userbase :?:?:?

It's the official press release from Sony showing the top-selling PS2 games as of Oct.07.

FFX- 5 million

FFXII- 3.68 million

It doesn't show FFX-2 but considering that it didn't make the top10, it's sales were under 3.68 million worldwide :(.

Also, you forgot Infamous, created by Sucker Punch (the developers who created Sly) and Fable 2 is a sequal to a flop. A nasty, nasty flop. ;)

I think putting FFXIII with IU and LO in the same sentance is big fail.

They are new unproven franchises coming next year and they are only for 360.

FF set the bar of JPRGs. Amost every main insatllment so far proved to bea success. FF 13 probably wont be any different.

He acted as if Sony was releasing all their big franchises in 2008...I was simply saying that their 2008 is regarded as "excellent" because of all the promising new IP's not because of big franchises.

Also, Fable was a flop.Verydisappointing...yes.

Yet it was still a great game if you didn't go overboard on the hype.

It scored an 8.6 here (85% on GR) which makes it higher scoring than all but 1 ps3 exclusive :?

Any1 that writes-off Fable 2 because the original flopped by 0.4 points...is an idiot. No offense to you personally, I'm just saying :).

Getaway was the best selling New IP in Europe before Assasins Creed, calling it big is an understatement.

The last main games in the FF series have all sold over 5+ million copies each, FFX over 8 million thats not something a lot of rpgs can even come close too.
