The 360. The Wii is just a system to goof off with every once in a while, it doesn't really have "real" games. I am looking forward to Metroid Primeand Nights on the Wii though.
I've been playing mostly my 360 since I got it, but that's because I've been catching up on games I've missed that I wanted to play.
By time I finish up with Hitman, Project Sylpheed, and BulletWitch it should be around mid-August or so, just in time for Bioshock and Metroid, so it'll be even then. And there are more fall/holiday games I'm anticipating for the Wii than the 360, so more Wii time then.
So in the end, pretty even, with a slight edge for the Wii.
I'm currently playing my 360 more, but that's because I've only had it a few weeks so I have more new games to play on it. After next month though I think my Wii will get a lot more attention as I have about 10 games that I'm planning to pick up vs. 4 for my 360.
360 definitely more than my Wii.... however I recently purchased the Wii Version of RE4 (I know I know I am like the only person alive who hadn't played it prior to this purchase), so I have been playing that a good amount as well. However I am at Chapter 5 Act 2 and so believe I will be finished with the game soon, and when I do it will go back to collecting dust until the big 3 are released.
I play 360 more. I loved Super Paper Mario and RE4, but that is about it (already played the GC version of Zelda). I will be getting Metroid when that comes out, but until then I will just be using my Wii for the occasional WiiSports and Mario Party game with my fiance.
360 because of live, even though I got the red ring of death this morning. I'm just happy I got Bioshock for the PC incase it takes a long time for my 360 to get back in.
