Wii, 360 sales up. PS3 sales down.

 PS3 sales are further heading downhill according to the latest ebay auction data. When will it stop? Sony needs a massive price drop in my opinion because games will not help move such an expensive console. Most people (including myself) are waiting for a $300 price drop. Sony will not see a significant increase in sales until that price drop is done.

Yeah, that means everything. :roll: When I buy expensive electronics, I don't want to purchase them from a brick and mortar store with a return policy and customer service department.

I want to buy them from a third party seller on eBay. And the Wii is still popular on eBay because it's sold out everywhere, and people love to make that profit. The Xbox 360. Well, I bet it's all used units getting dumped in favor of the Elite or another console. :lol:

Damn, a 300$ price drop? You're saying the PS3's hardware is worth the price of an X Box 360 core...which it sure as hell is not. You might see a PS3 selling 300 bucks in 2017..but until then...

Are ebay sale necessarily a good thing for a console?

Wii's are still sold out everywhere, because people are buying them to sell on ebay. I bought my ps3 and my wii in an actual store, why it's faster, and it's easy to return. Plus no shipping fees, and i get 10% off at wal mart. Saved 75 bucks on the ps3 and saved 30 on the wii.silversurfergold

..ya, I try avoiding buying anything online as much as possible until I can't find that item anywhere else. I find myself doing a lot shopping online though. :(
