Yeah Wii controls when done right add to the experience and to the immersion imo.
Didn't play DBZ T3 but the DBZ T2 on Wii was a lot of fun, more fun then Tenkaichi 1 on PS2 anyway.
3 of 5 nominees of best use of control themes are Wii games. That says a lot.
And MP3, Z&W and Galaxy aren't even in there... I'm sure that cuz there weren't enough spaces.
"I just found precision jumping a bit harder than with a controller"
umm...your pushing the A button to jump....just like on a normal controller :?
Yeah, name an example.bloodbore8Sure. 1. Metroid Prime 3 2. Medal of Honor Heroes 2 3. Zack & Wiki: Quest for Barbaros' Treasure 4. Resident Evil 4 Wii Edition 5. Super Mario Galaxy 6. Trauma Center Second Opinion 7. Trauma Center New Blood 8. WarioWare Smooth Moves 9. Mercury Meltdown Revolution 10. Madden NFL '07
It just feels different when holding the nunchuk and wii remote, probably not the best example, but I was just saying how it felt a little wierd to me. A better example is the spinning punch attack is a little hard to time perfectly, and the backflip jumps and long jump is a bit trickier."I just found precision jumping a bit harder than with a controller"

Wii Sports and Wii Play, too, obviously. Yeah, Wii Play wasn't that good, but it was for a ten dollar game. The aiming in Tanks was a lot easier thanks to the pointer the Wii has.
Mario Party 8 also has a few good mini games that really utilize the Wii Remote. That one where you have to set off the booby (Lawlz, booby.) traps by clicking on them would be way too hard with a normal controller.
I also liked the controls in Super Monkey Ball: Banana Blitz. It made it a lot more entertaining. A lot of people thought it was too sensative, but I thought they were fine.

Madden NFL '07 Yeah thats good thing about the Wii, games like this are so much better now, like RE:4 and the Metroid Prime games have really been made a lot better with thesecontrols (waiting for Retro to realease Prime 1 and 2 on Wii), Trauma centre was basically made for the Wii and Zach and Wiki just wouldn't be the same without them. Anyway yeah while they can make a game so muchbetter, if done wrong can RUIN the entire game.
Mario Galaxy does it excellent yea.
Shame Zelda : TP didnt, feels slugish, unresponsive ( while slashing ) , aiming is fine though.
Then again I find Zelda : TP to be outdated for its time, bland looking and allround not great :I

I have to agree with the Zelda, the motion controls felt tacked on. I think the best WII games ground up are based, around the WII controller. The third party ports really suck as they are the same games as the other consoles with worse graphics, sound and gimicky controls.

I found that aiming with the bow with the wiimote was vaslty superior to aiming in WW or OOT...but yeah, other than that it was all tacked on. Part of the reason was because TP was a GC game, not a wii game...and gC games don't have motion controls. I look forward to a wii exclusive zelda that is not held back by the wavebird.
