I dont even know what wii fit is.

If its some kind of game that is supposed to be a fun way to excersize thats a really, reallly, really sad way to lose your fat.

When all the casual gamers get bored with their wii, witch they will soon, most wii games wont sell for crap.

I don't see this happening. In fact...Wiifit is so over hyped at this point..I can see it flopping in sales.

For christ sakes if these same people would just take a 30 min walk a day. Get some sunlight. Just like nintendo to try and turn something like working out into a game.

I will take games that take me to places that dont exist in reality.

No game about working out can be more fun then say, playing a game of b-ball with your friends.

That stupid controler will never stop torturing whats great about gaming and focusing peoples attention to what their hands are doing.

It covers up for nintendos total lack of creativity in terms of storys and characters.... and new gameplay... not the same old gameplay with a diff controler.

Man I'm in good shape, thin, but decided to do the whole "wii sports" fitness program thing. I still haven't done it more then once lol...I can't imagine how many wiifits are going to go unused. Like that excercise machine or gym membership people swear they are going to use.

Pikmin wasn't original or creative? I think it was. Nintendo uses gameplay to make good games, not 40 minute cut scenes to reveal the story and develop their characters.

40 min cut scenes to reveal plot went out of style a long long time ago. THe only genra that still does it is the jrpg market.... Really what have you been playing for the last 5 years? Best example is bioshock.... not once do you stop playing the game for more then two minutes to get story... yet for the 20 hours you take to play through it the first time you are constantly immersed i n the story.

Pikmin is in fact not a bad example. To bad you had to dig your way back to the GC launch, and Pimkin is not all that great game.

Nintendo just does not have compelling characters or storys to tell.
